IRobot Braava 390t Fehler

Hallo bin stolze Besitzerin vom braava. Leider bringt er seit neuestens folgenden Fehler: Braava blinkt 4x rot und anschließend kommt ne Melodie. Laut Fehler Tabelle heisst es wenden sie sich an unser Mitarbeiter.... Was könnte es sein? Würde es gerne selbst reparieren...

ich bitte vielmals um Entschuldigung für die verzögerte Antwort. Ich war über die Coronazeit so stark anderweitig eingebunden, dass ich nicht mehr dazu kam, auf Forum und Blog ein Auge zu werfen.

Wann tritt der Fehler denn auf? Beim Aufsetzen auf die Basis? Haben Sie mal ein Direktladen versucht? War das Gerät länger nicht in Gebrauch?

Ich habe beim 390t den gleichen Fehler.
Beim aufsetzen auf die Ladestation nach der letzten Benutzung, blinkt die mittlere LED rot und es ertönen Warntöne.
Lt. Handbuch ist das Lademedium nicht geeignet.
???
An der Ladestation habe ich nichts verändert und sauber ist sie auch.
Auch bei Direktladen über Label kommt der gleiche Fehler.
